*Draft, review and negotiate a broad variety of commercial agreements in support of the Company’s global operations, ranging from the day-to-day/routine to highly complex transactions, including supply contracts, technology and software related agreements, services agreements, intellectual property licenses and real estate leases; *Serve as primary point of contact/have primary responsibility for providing legal and contract support for global operations and procurement related matter, including serving as liaison with procurement leaders on status of agreements and other members of the Global Legal Team, as needed; *Partner with subject matter experts from across the Company, including information security, privacy, finance and tax in support of negotiations and review of commercial transactions;
